ICI Specialty Carbon Black USA Expresses Intent to Acquire Goodluck Carbon Black Pvt. Ltd. to Expand Specialty Manufacturing Capacity in India

 

Dallas, TX & Mumbai, India [January 26, 2026] — ICI Specialty Carbon Black USA, a global manufacturer of high-performance specialty carbon black pigments for coatings and industrial applications, today announced its intent to acquire Goodluck Carbon Black Pvt. Ltd., India, subject to customary regulatory approvals and definitive agreements.
